Integration symposium

The next symposium on methods for (Integrated) Analysis of complex and multi-omics data will be held on September 30th 2019 at the Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc, room De IJssel (hospital building, ZH 2 E14). Note that this room is on the second floor and only has access via stairs. Click here for a route description to the VUmc hospital building.

The speakers are:

Mirrelijn van Nee (Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc), on methods to use co-data in omics data analysis

Ahmed Mahfouz (LUMC), on his take on analysis of mass cytometry data

Mirko Signorelli (LUMC): Predicting time to loss of ambulation for Duchenne patients using longitudinal high-dimensional omics data

Carel F. Peeters (Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc) on his experience with modelling radiomics data

The meeting is from 10:00 until 16:00, with plenty of time for discussion.
